In this tutorial I will show you how to make spray paint logos like the ones that you get with CS 1.6 in Photoshop.
If you don't have Photoshop then try to figure out what I mean and do the same on the graphics program you are using.
1. Create a 64x64 Image and fill it in black. (See Screenshot A)
2. Add the text or shapes to the image. But make sure they are not black shapes or text, black will be treated as transparent. (See Screenshot B)
3. Go to Image > Mode > Greyscale to turn any colour to a shade of grey.
4. If it asks you to remove colour information, click OK.
5. Go to File > Save
6. Go to the 'logos' directory in the 'cstrike' folder.
7. Choose BMP and click OK
8. Make sure the Depth is set to 8 Bit
9. Go on Counter-Strike and choose your logo. (See Screenshot C)
10. Connect to a Server and Test the logo. (See Screenshot D)
Notice how the eyes, which were dark grey, seem transclucent. The darker the grey, the more transparent it is. White is solid.
